Preface: This is based on Gael Level’s YouTube video exploring how he used CSS to make Words on Stream vertical in an OBS scene. The idea and the CSS was provided by Gael Level from his video you can watch here: https://youtu.be/9DmYzLH_auE?si=PQLhJmPm9WLedp1l

What is different from the video?

This widget is designed to allow you to transform between horizontal and vertical format of the browser source to let you easily login to Words on Stream in OBS. This also brings up the interact window that will allow you to click and type on the browser source in OBS. You then never have to leave OBS Studio or bring up a separate browser to enable the game.

Install Instructions

  1. Download the Streamer.bot import file

  2. In Streamer.bot click the Import button in the top menu. Drag the Watch Streak Tracker.sb file into the Import String field.

  3. Ensure you see the following actions:

  4. In OBS Studio, create a scene and a browser source that will be dedicated solely to this widget. Remember what you name them.

  5. In Streamer.bot, choose the action “Settings - WoS OBS Controller” and right click the test trigger and choose Test Trigger.

  6. The following window should appear (sometimes hides behind Streamer.bot in case it doesn’t show):

  7. Enter the EXACT spelling and capitalization of the Scene and Source in the corresponding boxes. When filled, click Save.

    1. NOTE: DO NOT CLICK THE X TO EXIT, YOU MUST USE CANCEL!
  8. Once you have saved from the window, assign hotkeys/stream deck buttons/commands to WoS Horizontal (login), WoS Vertical (Main Gameplay), and WoS On/Off Screen so you can control it on stream.

  9. ENJOY!
